VILLAGE FOR VETS

CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT CAMPAIGN CASE STUDY

Los Angeles currently incurs the highest number of  unhoused military veterans in the United States. Village for Vets’ mission fills critical gaps in key services for homeless and at-risk veterans on their journey to stability.

Objective: Our team was hired to revitalize Village for Vets’ social media presence, which had been inactive for months. We are currently providing a cost-effective monthly service plan to develop and post weekly social media content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. In the initial phase, we refreshed the company’s logo and brand identity and created a comprehensive brand book.

Solution: It takes strong effort to revive the engagement of a small audience of followers after a prolong hiatus of content, much or less produce keyy results with a small level of total followers. After refreshing the V4V brand logo and identity, we hit the platforms with storytelling from veterans, recognitiond of key military dates, volunteer and donor appeals, and more. We excerised our discretion to use our own service budget to fund several results-oriented paid ad campaings to jump start their reach to new audiences.

Results: Within a quick timeframe, we efficiently partnered with the staff to establish a strong presence on social media. We used new messaging, graphic design,  motion graphic videos and stock videos to reach new audiences, build the organization’s brand awareness, and appeal to supporters, partners, volunteers, and donors. As time evolved, Village for Vets social media results have begun to spike. In June 2024, three paid ad campaigns reached more than 140K on Facebook and a total reach of 161K for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. And our affordable service plans enable the delivery of a :30 second video we produced below.
